Perform a site visit to review flooding, drainage and/or sewer problems, and provide one-on-one advise to the property owner. This could include the following:

• Research historical flood elevations at the property owner's site.
• Furnish site specific floor elevations for property owner's structure.

Provide advise and assistance that help property owners understand the follwoing retrofitting techniques and which would be the most appropriate measure.

• Elevating a building above flood levels
• Dry floodproofing
• Wet floodproofing
• Sewer backup protection.
